Upside down

Once upon a time, back in the pre-Photoshop era, photographers had a different set of challenges to overcome if they were looking to create something special.

They also had to be handymen.

The following pictures were taken in-camera. This is how I took them out of the camera. A revolving lens, a long-unused filter, some black cardboard in the hands of a tinkering photographer can produce magic like this.
